Caprese Pasta Salad

This recipe includes fresh basil from my garden!

Ingredients:

  • One box of vegetable infused rotini

  • One package of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • One mozzarella ball, cubed

  • One cup of fresh basil

  • One pound of chicken

  • Kale, chopped

  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic

Instructions:

Boil pasta in 4 quarts of water with salt and oil.

Make seasoned chicken in balsamic for 30 minutes on 350, or until done.

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella.

Cut basil and kale with kitchen scissors.

Mix ingredients together adding olive oil, garlic, and balsamic as you stir.
