Tasty Turkey Stir Fry

Calories:

Ingredients:
Ground turkey, 99% lean
Green beans
Bell peppers
Sliced mushrooms
Yellow squash
Spicy Szechuan Sauce
Instructions:
Brown the turkey on the skillet. Use a thick spatula to break the meat apart.
Once meat is mostly cooked, stir in the Spicy Szechuan Sauce.
Chop green beans, peppers, and squash.
In a medium pan, cook the vegetables, mixing in the Spicy Szechuan Sauce.
Serve with Sriracha and soy sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds as garnish.
