Raspberry Lemon Pepper Salad


Ingredients:

  • Organic chicken breasts

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Garbanzo beans

  • Raspberries

  • Lemons

  • Kale

  • Spinach

  • Lemon pepper seasoning

  • Garlic

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Slice lemon, place at the bottom of pan. Place garlic and lemon pepper on lemons.

Place chicken breasts on seasoned lemons. Add seasoning to top of chicken breasts. Bake until done.

Mix garbanzo beans with olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 400.

Create a bed of spinach and kale.

Add on remaining toppings.

Serve with a lemon wedge.
