Crockpot Chicken Fajita Salad

Ingredients
Purple onion
Three bell peppers
Chicken tenders, one pound
Chili powder
Ground cumin
Cayenne pepper
Salsa, authentic
Oregano
Fresh cilantro
Garlic
Instructions
Slice peppers and onions, place in crockpot with chicken.
Season with chili powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salsa, oregano, and garlic. Mix seasoning evenly.
Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Shred chicken and mix it in with pepper and onion mix.
Guacamole
Combine two avacados, fresh salsa, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, red onion, and salt.
Side Items
Refried black beans, Spanish rice with spicy rotel tomatoes, and fresh pico de gallo.
