BBQ Chicken Salad

Ingredients


Spinach


Romain


Black beans


Corn


Tomatoes 


Edamame, shelled 


Two chicken breasts 


Crispy onions


BBQ sauce


Sriracha 

Instructions

Place chicken in crock pot with BBQ sauce and Sriracha, cook on low for four hours.

Slice chicken.

Make a bed of spinach and romain. Place remaining ingredients on the bed of greens.
